A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. Your date is not held until the deposit is received.

The remaining balance is due no later than 7 days before your booking date. All payments are non-refundable after this point.

The remaining balance is due within 48 hours of shoot completion. An invoice will be sent following the shoot. All payments are non-refundable once the deposit has been paid.

Permitted with 14 or more days notice, subject to availability. Your deposit will transfer to the new date.

If you are more than 15 minutes late I reserve the right to shorten the service or reschedule at my discretion. The full booking amount remains payable.

All services must be agreed upon and invoiced in advance. Any additional requests on the day, including lash applications or services for guests not on the original invoice, are at my sole discretion and cannot be guaranteed.

Please provide a clean, well-lit space near natural light. I reserve the right to decline a service if the working environment is unsuitable or unsafe.

Travel within 10km of Tauranga CBD is included in all bookings. Beyond 10km is charged at $1.17 per kilometre return.

Bookings requiring departure before 7am are subject to an early morning fee of $50 per hour.

The client is responsible for providing suitable parking or covering any parking costs incurred.

I may photograph my work for portfolio and social media purposes unless you request otherwise in writing prior to your booking.
